Born and raised in Honesdale, PA to a Pennsylvania Dutch family of beet farmers, Rebeca enjoys a prolific career as a beet farmer at Schrute Farms, which is home to a renowned bed and breakfast. She’s also the owner of the Scranton Business Park, which houses Dunder Mifflin Scranton. As a dedicated resident of the greater Scranton area, Rebeca served as a volunteer sheriff in Lackawanna County.
